Itineraries (A Casket of Culture in the Heart of Europe)

Varese Province lies in the heart of Europe, in the north of Lombardy. It is dotted with lakes of different sizes, it is rich in vegetation, and framed by the beautiful Prealps and the Alps, and lies only a few kilometres from the intercontinental airport of Malpensa and from the economic capital of Milan. The territory around Varese, a casket of cultural gems, with its monuments, especially of a religious nature, deserves a visit. This guide suggests two itineraries, a religious one, and a more historical, artistic and cultural one.
