Varese: heading for the 2015 world championships
VARESE'S APPROACH TO THE BID
In one of the most prestigious homes of rowing, a bid for the World Championships could only be seen as a mission marked by seriousness and determination.
In compliance with FISA specifications, the organising team is strong, because it brings together representatives of the local authorities, the universities, the 12 local rowing clubs, and the new organisers, who are supported by the organisers of the 2003 World Championships (FISA Medal of Honour), all of whom share a passion and tradition for the sport of rowing.
We provide sporting and intellectual resources with a proven level of professionalism, to guarantee:
- transparency and constant updating of the project;
- the integration of FISA official trial competitions with national - regional trials;
- checks supported by site inspections together with the teams;
- a complete willingness to acknowledge and listen to the requests of coaches, team managers and federations;
- coach conferences (London - Varese), aimed at preparing the coach of the future.

We are keen to help organise "technical courses" for the national teams, through the rowing clubs in the province.
Gavirate, Varese, Monate and Corgeno have already had experience in this; trips before the competition, or at other times, can also be organised, with agreements with the local rowing clubs.
