The Marzoli Massari Mills

Designed by architect Silvio Gambini and built in 1926, these are his most important and impressive project. Very close to the town centre, the company Marzoli Massari S.p.A. established a perfect milling centre that could meet the growing needs of the market. The mills were recently restored and, since 1997, have been the property of the local authority. The site covers about 9000 m2, and is an excellent example of the recovery of industrial archaeology.
